Web design focuses on the visual appearance — layout, typography, colour, and branding. UI/UX goes deeper: UI is the interface design (buttons, forms, components) and UX is the overall user journey and experience. We offer both as an integrated service.
FAQ Service: Web Design & UI/UX Services
Do you design for mobile first?
Yes. All our designs are mobile-first — we start with the smallest screen and scale up. Since most web traffic comes from mobile devices, this ensures a fast, functional experience on phones before optimising for tablets and desktops.
What design tools do you use?
We use Figma for all UI/UX design work — it allows for collaborative design, interactive prototypes, and easy handoff to developers. We also use FigJam for user journey mapping and wireframing workshops.
Will I get to review designs before development starts?
Yes. We present full design mockups in Figma before any development begins. You review and provide feedback, we refine, and development only starts once you’ve signed off on the final designs. No surprises.
How many revision rounds are included?
Our standard projects include two rounds of design revisions. Additional revision rounds can be added if needed. We find that starting from a thorough brief typically means most clients are happy within the first or second round.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. Website redesigns are a large part of our work. We analyse your current site’s strengths, weaknesses, and user behaviour data before designing a new version that improves conversion, usability, and brand perception.
Do you design landing pages too?
Yes. We design conversion-focused landing pages for product launches, ad campaigns, lead generation, and events. Every element is intentional — from the headline hierarchy to the CTA placement — with the goal of maximising conversions.
What information do you need to start a design project?
We start with a discovery session where we gather your brand guidelines (or brief if rebranding), target audience profile, competitor references, pages required, and any design preferences. The more context we have, the faster we deliver designs you love.
